Instruction

  1. Dissolve the sugar in water on medium heat. When the sugar starts to get brown, lower the heat to start to get light amber color. Simmer the liquid once it dissolved and set it aside.
  2. Add saffron and cardamom and let it cool.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix.
  4. Strain it in a bottle and keep it in the fridge.

  • 8 Golden Saffron threads
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/5 cups sugar

Instruction

  1. Add 200 ml water, saffron, ginger, and sugar to a pan on medium heat and let it boil.
  2. You may need to stir it occasionally to ensure it does not burn.
  3. When sugar is dissolved, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
  4. Add the rest of the water and wait for 10 minutes.
  5. Put ice cubes in a glass, and add the mixture, lemon juice and mint leaves to it.
  6. Garnish with saffron threads.
